Hello and welcome to my new website!  Now that I have a little more time I am hoping to write some regular posts to keep you all updated with, not only class info and news, but any tasty Pilates or fitness bites that you may find interesting.  I will also be recommending an exercise of the month for you to practice at home – a little reminder to keep those postural muscles going between your class sessions!
