Pilates

You will be required to bring your own mat, block, dynaband, loop band and soft pilates ball (also I use the Stability Roll for some sessions). I have a limited amount of equipment to borrow and have items to purchase.  

Classes generally run term-time.  Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to enquire as to availability.

Our Pilates classes focus on rediscovering flexibility whilst developing a strong core and frame. Do wear comfortable but not too baggy clothing and please wear socks.. Please see our price list for costs.

Pilates for Beginners:

For those of you that would like to try Pilates but have no current experience, we do run occasional beginners courses. These courses are 6 weeks long and we will introduce you to the basic principles and disciplines used in Pilates.  If you would like to get your name on the list for our next beginners course then please contact me.

For those of you that want to get started straight away, then you can book a one-to-one session where we will introduce to the same principles and get you starting your mat-work classes that bit sooner! Please see our price-list for costs.
